I generally don’t like the phrase “free consultation”. It sounds a bit too business-y for me. My contact Eric Rasche coined what I think is a better name for it—a “Virtual Cup of Coffee.” Here’s what he has to say:
Let’s grab a quick “virtual cup of coffee” together? I am very careful with where I invest my time. I’m sure you are as well. It’s easy to develop “digital acquaintances” on the web. It takes just a little more effort and time to move the needle towards being friends. If nothing of immediate value comes from our meeting, no worries. At the very least, it will be more meaningful to us both the next time we see each others’ post or comment on the web.

I like the idea of promoting a business by providing information. It’s a win-win for both of us. So if you’d like some expert advice on any aspect of web design (Maybe you’ve gone through my email course and still have a few questions?) use the form below to schedule a time on my calendar. I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction, even if it doesn’t involve our services. I’ll try to help as much as I can in a 20-25 minute time frame. If you need more help, I will do my best to point you in the right direction, or we can book another call later on. I look forward to speaking with you! -Nick Palmer
